Shipping and Returns
How can I return an item.
  Please contact us for RMA prior to returining any product.

We will gladly replace your order or refund your money in the event of defective products or poor workmanship on personalization. We will not refund money in the event of a personalization error due to incorrect information entered at the time of checkout. We will ship with reciept showing personalization request. In the event you have a presonalization error please contact us and we will do our best to resolve your issue at the lowest cost possible. We will replace any item that has a personalization error created by us.
